Zdravo,
Moje ime je Miloš i zahvaljujem Vam što ste izdvojili vreme da posetite ovo ćoše interneta. Ja ujedno volim i mrzim advertajzing, kao uostalom i svako ko je ikada došao u kontakt sa ovom fascinantnom i kompleksnom profesijom.

Na početku karijere sam pisao o oglašavanju, marketingu i biznis temama na blogu ThinkSerbia, ali je moja aktivnost tamo polako zamirala, budući da me je život odvlačio daleko od tema o kojima sam želeo da pišem. Vremenom sam shvatio da se ipak, bez obzira na to gde me moja “zvanična” karijera odvede, uvek nekako zateknem radeći poslove vezane za poslovnu komunikaciju, marketing i reklamiranje, kroz ekstenziju moje zvanične pozicije u kompaniji ili u svojstvu frilensera. Jednostavno, ne mogu da se držim podalje od branše.

Termin “odvratajzing” je skovao jedan od mojih ličnih heroja, pisac i bivši advertajzer Lazar Džamić, u svojim tekstovima o srpskom advertajzingu koji su izlazili u Našoj Borbi devedesetih godina prošlog veka. Krajem 2016 su ponovo objavljeni u formi knjige.

Ovaj vebsajt predstavlja oživljavanje mojih skromnih napora da doprinesem shvatanju poslovnih komunikacija i polju oglašavanja posebno. Namera mi je da odvratajzing.com postane plodno tle za inteligentnu diskusiju o umetnostima i veštinama advertajzinga i marketinških komunikacija u regionu.


Nešto kao CV

Miloš je započeo svoju karijeru u Sonique, radeći u digitalnoj produkciji za neke od najvećih brendova i agencija u UK.  Zatim je ušao u agencijski svet, priključivši se Basic Advertising-u u Srbiji, gde je bio account i strateg za neke od najvećih korporacija u regionu.

U potrazi za svežim saznanjima, Miloš je nekoliko godina proveo u klijentskim organizacijama. Tamo se oprobao u raznim marketinškim i poslovnim ulogama, radeći u Rusiji, Ukrajini i Palestini. Tokom ovog perioda, Miloš je osnovao Odvratajzing.com, websajt i praksu za strateški konsalting.

Svoje rastuće intresovanje za tehnologiju oglašavanja je zatim pretočio u poziciju u Sizmek-u, gde je servisirao GroupM EMEA agencije. Danas, Miloš kreira digitalne strategije i integrisane planove komunikacije za veliki broj klijenata Direct Media-e.

Hi there,
My name is Miloš and I’d like to thank you for visiting this tiny corner of the internet. I have a love-hate relationship with advertising, like pretty much everyone else who ever had any contact with this fascinating and complex profession.

Earlier in my career, I wrote about advertising, marketing and business on the ThinkSerbia blog, but my activity there faded as life led me away from the topics I cared to write about. However, I have come to realize that regardless of where my “official” career takes me, I always end up thinking about and doing work related to business communication, marketing and advertising – either as a cross-functional extension of my company role, or as a freelancer. In other words, I can’t keep myself from the field.

The term “odvratajzing” [serb. odvratno + advertajzing (disgusting advertising)] was coined by Mr. Lazar Dzamic, an accomplished writer and strategic planner, in a series of newspaper articles on the state of Serbian advertising in the 90’s. These are once again available in book format (in Serbian).

This website represents a revival of my humble efforts to add to the local business communication landscape and advertising in particular. It is my intent for odvratajzing.com to become a breeding ground for intelligent discussion on the art and craft of advertising and marketing communications in the region.


A bit more about me

Miloš began his career at Sonique, working in digital and ad production for some of the biggest brands and agencies in the UK. He moved into the agency world, joining Basic Advertising in Serbia, where he handled accounts of some of the largest corporations in the region.

Seeking fresher perspectives, Miloš went over client-side for several years, trying on various marketing and business roles in Russia, Ukraine and Palestine. During this time, Miloš also founded Odvratajzing.com, a website and strategic consultancy.

His growing interest in ad tech saw him join Sizmek as an account handler for GroupM’s EMEA agencies. Today, Miloš handles a plethora of Direct Media clients’ needs, in terms of integrated communications planning and digital strategy.
